Return Policy

At Pink Gator, we are a small boutique, and our return policy reflects our commitment to quality and fair practices. Returns are accepted within 14 days of reciving your order for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale Items
  • Hair Products
  • Accessories
  • Bathing Suits
  • Undergarments

These items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or store credit.


Return Conditions & Process

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on Pink Gator's behalf. All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirments.

Pink Gator is not responsible for lost return packages. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking or delivery confirmation when sending items back.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with the amount of your store credit, which can be used toward future purchases at Pink Gator.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at ppinkgator@gmail.com within 3 days of the original delivery date. We'll work quickly to make it right.
